Michael Boerner is the founder and CEO of Unity Media Group and Unity Medical, Inc. With a goal of establishing Unity Media Group & Unity Medical as leading technology provider’s of web based communication applications for the professional markets, Michael envisions a “new normal” where the constraints of time, practice and location of sharing information are removed.

Boerner has fine-tuned the strategic focus of both companies to include three long-term growth opportunities: next-generation web 3.0 communication products and services; superior user engagement; and the development of a personalized information ecosystem.

Prior to founding Unity Media Group & Unity Medical, Boerner founded Mission Media a successful values-based media syndication company. Boerner is a national speaker and award-winning film and video producer who specializes in public relations and media communications.

Michael lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife of 20 years, Natalie, and their 4 daughters.

As the President of Unity Medical, Alistair leads strategic vision of the organization, which includes corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital relationships and strategic alliances within the healthcare industry.

Prior to leading Unity Medical Alistair most recently acted as the Managing Director and Principal for Renaissance Partners LLC where he had full P&L and operational responsibility for Renaissance, an Investment-Banking and business advisory firm, and subsidiary of KWBH Law. During his career Mr. Rock has advised on over $45 Billion of M&A deals and has extensive executive network particularly in healthcare.

Previous to his appointment as Managing Director, Mr. Rock was the President and Chief Executive Officer of eBDS, a national healthcare technology solutions provider and subsidiary of Highmark Inc. an independent licensee of Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Highmark is one of the largest health insurers in the nation with over 20 million customers nationwide, 20,000 employees, and annual revenue in excess of $13 billion. Prior to being CEO Mr. Rock was Chief Financial Officer for eBDS, and Vice President of Health Services of Operations.

Mr. Rock holds an undergraduate degree from Leicester University, UK, and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance, Strategy and Accounting) from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper Business School, where he was awarded the Marc and Sally Ometto Graduate Fellowship for academic achievement. Mr. Rock was also sponsored and graduated through an Executive Management Program at Ashridge Business School in the U.K. attaining the highest ranking in the 360 assessment of top global managers.

Alistair is married to Kara Leialoha Rock and they have two daughters and a son.

As Chief Operations Officer of Unity Media Group and Unity Medical Ken is responsible for shaping the overall operations strategy and technology agenda and oversees both corporate development and marketing functions for both organizations.

Prior to joining Unity Media Group in 2009 Ken held various executive leadership positions in Technology, Facility Design & Architecture, and Faith-based organizations around the globe. As a business owner, Ken has lent his expertise to some of the most respected companies in healthcare, manufacturing, education, and houses of worship nationwide.

As a sought after consultant Ken shared his knowledge and made an impact working with start-up and turn around situations where creative leadership, vision and organizational excellence were required. To date, Ken holds numerous technology patents with several more pending.

Ken resides in Eagle, Idaho with his wife Robin and their children Megan and Steven.

As the Chief Financial Officer of Unity Media Group & Unity Medical Nick is responsible for overseeing both company’s overall financial activities, including business unit finance, treasury, tax and controllership.

Nick is a veteran of the finance industry since completing his enlistment in the United States Marine Corps over a decade ago. He has considerable experience in the healthcare arena, serving as the top financial executive at numerous healthcare facilities.

Nick is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Academy of Medical Administrators and is involved in numerous veterans’ organizations including the Marine Corps League, Military Order of Devil Dogs and the American Legion.

Nick has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Averett College and an MBA from West Virginia Wesleyan.

Nick resides in rural Idaho with his wife of sixteen years, Ruby and their two young children.

Evans Baiya is a fifteen year veteran of the technology industry. As Chief Technology Officer, Evans oversees product development for Unity Media Group and Unity Medical web-based platforms and is instrumental in determining the strategic direction and implementation of technology strategy.

Evans has a strong background in software development and spent the last 10 years working for Applied Materials, Inc. where he held executive leadership positions in Technology management, Engineering and Business Development.

Evans has written more than thirty peer-reivewed publications in technology and business development and holds several technology patents. Evans is an adjunct professor of business at Northwest Nazarene University and is currently working to obtain his doctorate in business.

Evans lives in Meridian, Idaho with his wife Jackie and their daughter Kaytlin.
